Entries

• Only open to residents of New Zealand who are 18 years or over.

• Includes a one-night stay for 2 Adults courtesy of Top Floor Bed and Breakfast and a return trip to Kapiti Island courtesy of Kapiti Island Eco Tours.

• Runs for the period 1 February 2022 - 28 February 2022.

• The prize must be redeemed before 30 April 2022.

• Top Floor Bed and Breakfast will not accept responsibility for any late submissions, any entries that are not received or any entries or files that are corrupt, damaged, lost or inaccessible.

• By participating in the competition, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions, including all eligibility requirements. You also accept that all decisions made by Top Floor Bed and Breakfast are final and binding in all matters relating to the contest.

•  Top Floor Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to cancel the contest at any time, for any reason and without prior notification.

• By entering this competition, you agree that you have the consent of any people who are clearly identifiable in your entry.

• By entering, each entrant warrants that their entry is original and that their submission does not or will not infringe any third party's intellectual property.

• Top Floor Bed and Breakfast may collect your personal information (name and contact details) for the purpose of administering and processing the competition only.

Eligibility

You must be:

• a legal resident of New Zealand

You cannot be:

• an employee of Top Floor Bed and Breakfast, or a prize sponsor.

• an immediate family member of an employee of the Top Floor Bed and Breakfast or a prize sponsor.

 

Booking Cancellation policy

If Covid19 Impacts on the Alert Level in New Zealand and the Alert Level excludes travel, the guest can cancel free of charge (no cancellation fee).

In normal circumstances, the guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel within 14 days before arrival.
